- Refunds can be requested within 10 days of the initial purchase by contacting our customer support team.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refund requests made after the 10-day period will not be entertained.
- Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- The software must not have been misused or modified.
- The request must include valid reasons for dissatisfaction.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within the first 10 days are eligible for refunds as per our refund policy.
- Cancellations after the 10-day period will result in the termination of service without a refund.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without notice in the following cases: Violation of the Terms of Service, Unauthorized use or redistribution of the software,
Non-compliance with company rules or policies, Any actions that compromise the security, functionality, or reputation of the software. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
6. Product Support
Our technical support team is available during business hours to resolve any issues within 48 business hours.
7. Data Privacy and Security
Clients must safeguard their login credentials, backup data, and we comply with applicable laws.
8. Non-Transferable Subscription
Subscription cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred.
9. No Automatic Renewals
Clients must manually renew subscription to continue using the software.
10. Software Updates
Updates are included and clients must install updates promptly.
